TPX brings more than two decades of experience in financial education, English Language Arts, K–12 mathematics, and college entrance exam preparation (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT). Our team has a proven record of helping new entrants in both college and the workforce grow with confidence and clarity.

Expanding Pathways from Education to Employment

At The Progress XChange, we believe college readiness and workforce readiness are interconnected. Young adults benefit most when academic preparation is paired with the skills, confidence, and exposure needed to navigate today’s evolving career landscape.

Our workforce development initiatives are designed to help students and young adults build the foundation for success beyond the classroom—whether that path leads to college, credentials, apprenticeships, or direct entry into the workforce.

We are actively building relationships with regional workforce systems, including NCWorks and the Centralina Workforce Development Board, to better align our programming with local opportunity pipelines and employer needs.

Through this work, we focus on developing:

Career exploration and exposure to regional industries
Academic and postsecondary readiness
Communication, confidence, and self-advocacy
Clearer pathways into education, training, and employment
