Countless students and young adults with limited means are working hard to shape their futures and break generational cycles, yet too often lack the structured guidance, academic support, and workforce readiness resources that make postsecondary and career success possible.
That’s why we exist.
At The Progress XChange, we create access to opportunity by providing college readiness support and workforce development pathways for underserved students and young adults. Through targeted preparation, skill-building, and exposure to both academic and career pathways, we help ensure that potential is not limited by circumstance.
We open pathways to college success—and to workforce readiness—for those ready to move forward, but in need of access, structure, and support.
Over 20 Years Experience in Facilitating & Instruction
TPX brings more than two decades of experience in financial education, English Language Arts, K–12 mathematics, and college entrance exam preparation (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT). Our team has a proven record of helping new entrants in both college and the workforce grow with confidence and clarity.
Commitment to Excellence
We believe excellence is a journey, not a benchmark. Our approach centers critical thinking, curiosity, and genuine understanding—empowering participants to master concepts, not just memorize them.
High-Quality, Supportive Curricula
Whether you’re feeling behind, aiming to advance, or ready to excel, we meet you where you are. Our courses are designed to support every learner’s goals, and our diagnostic mock assessments help identify strengths and next steps.
Workforce Development & Readiness
Expanding Pathways from Education to Employment
At The Progress XChange, we believe college readiness and workforce readiness are interconnected. Young adults benefit most when academic preparation is paired with the skills, confidence, and exposure needed to navigate today’s evolving career landscape.
Our workforce development initiatives are designed to help students and young adults build the foundation for success beyond the classroom—whether that path leads to college, credentials, apprenticeships, or direct entry into the workforce.
We are actively building relationships with regional workforce systems, including NCWorks and the Centralina Workforce Development Board, to better align our programming with local opportunity pipelines and employer needs.
Through this work, we focus on developing:
Workplace readiness and professional skills
Career exploration and exposure to regional industries
Academic and postsecondary readiness
Communication, confidence, and self-advocacy
Clearer pathways into education, training, and employment
By integrating workforce readiness into our broader educational mission, we aim to ensure that opportunity is not only accessed—but sustained.
“I retook my PSAT and my score increased by 160 points because of the ACT Boot Camp. THANK YOU!.”
